Born on 5 October 1961, Mrs. Amina Mohamed graduated with a LLM in International Law from Kiev State University, and has also undertaken post graduate studies at University of Oxford and the Kenya School of Law. She is fluent in English, Russian, Swahili and has a working knowledge of French.

Mr. Henry K. Rotich holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University.

Rotich also holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from University of Nairobi and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (First Class Honours) from the same University.

Mr. James Wainaina Macharia was born in 1959.

He was top in class for both “O” levels and “A” Levels (Kagumo High School, Nyeri). Attained Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) University of Nairobi – 1983
